Thank you for participating in this New England Bride Comes To Life Bridal Show. Here is important setup information. If you have any questions during setup, Laura Parello, show manager will be in the facility. Call Laura if you have questions before the day of the show.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
Booth Assignments will be made the day of the show. All booths will be labeled. PLEASE DO NOT re-arrange booth assignments as we have gone to great lengths to not have like vendors next to each other. Due to the nature of our show, there are no bad spots or great spots. All vendors will be seen by all brides and there will be plenty of time to meet and discuss your services. Please understand that your booth and equipment must be contained within your booth space, so all exhibitors are treated fairly.

TALL BOOTHS OR SIGNAGE
If your booth is tall or you have tall signage let me know by the date above as you need to be placed around the perimeter of the room.

LOADING & UNLOADING YOUR BOOTH
All vendors must bring their equipment in & out through the receiving door located in the rear of Lombardo's. Please ring the bell at the receiving door to be let in. There will be a well marked elevator to bring you and your equipment up to the ballroom and then back to your vehicles at show's end.

SUPPLIED TABLES / LINENS
Each vendor will receive one table with table cloth, plus 2 chairs. To be fair to everyone you will not be allowed to bring additional tables. And, please do not extend your booth setup beyond the space allotted. Please let me know if you DO NOT need a table by the date above.

FREE ELECTRICITY
FREE Electricity is available for some vendors, on a 1st reserved basis. Please bring your own extension cords and power strips as a back up as everyone will not be able to have a plug directly behind their booth. We cannot provide extension cords, power strips or other electrical equipment. Please be sure to let me know if you need electricity by the date above.

VENDOR MEETING
We will have a vendor meeting to review the schedule for the night at 5:30 pm sharp. At least one member of your show staff will need to attend the meeting. Be sure you have bring your completed door prize information sheet to the meeting.

DOOR PRIZES
IMPORTANT NOTE: The show program will now list your BRIDAL BONUS if you have one active on our web site. This Bridal Bonus is NOT YOUR DOOR PRIZE as all attending brides can benefit of your online bonus. Be sure to offer a special one-winner only door prize on the form provided for maximum impact. CLICK HERE to download a pdf of our DOOR PRIZE FORM and bring it with you - OR - use the form you will find at your booth when you setup. We have pre-registered many brides for this show. Each pre-registered bride will be given a sheet of pre-printed labels to make registering at your booth an easy process (we will also provide blank door prize ticket forms for the non-registered walk-in brides). BE SURE TO BRING a bag, box, basket or container to put these door prize forms in as you will draw your door prize winner at the DJ booth from these names at the end of the show. Only 1 door prize will be presented for each vendor.

OTHER NOTES
This is a exclusive event for New England Bride Comes To Life Bridal Show booth vendors. No other companies, magazines, bridal publications, web sites or other competing bridal programs can be displayed or promoted at your booth. The only material that can be displayed given away at your booth is that which represents your company's own products or services.
